You will:

  • Work closely with business streams to control project financials and risks across all Civitta geographies where a particular business is represented;
  • Ensure for the completeness of the portfolio data in the company’s managerial accounting system;
  • Assist with control of invoicing and collection of overdue receivables;
  • Prepare materials and participate in business reviews or partner meetings on a monthly basis;
  • Support preparation of cash flow forecast of the respective business stream on a quarterly basis;
  • Support the annual budgeting process;
  • Deliver relevant reports and metrics overview to the stream leadership;
  • Support bonus calculations according to the company guidelines;
  • Be involved in ad-hoc projects or specific initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Economic analysis, Finance or related field;
  • At least 1-2 years experience in finance, accounting, business consulting;
  • Strong research, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking and organizational skills;
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ability to multitask;
  • Proactivity in suggesting process improvements;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 1100 EUR gross/month to 1500 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
