Challenge yourself and join our team at Civitta as a Junior Technical Support Specialist (part-time) in North Macedonia.
This is a part-time job, we will expect you to work around 60-80 hours per month (15-20 hours per week).

You will:

  • Providing technical and substantive support for Civitta’s employees in 21 countries across Europe;
  • Remote troubleshooting & fixing computer issues;
  • Managing devices with OS Windows / Mac OS on board;
  • Managing MS 365 / Google Workspace (via admin panel).

Requirements:

  • A degree in IT or 1 year of working experience in the same position;
  • Great communication skills and ability to operate in a multicultural environment;
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level of English both in writing and speaking;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize your tasks;
  • Experience in CRM management is a strong plus.

The salary for this position is between 4,5 EUR- 5 EUR gross/hour.
