You will:

  • Support budgeting & forecasting functions in collaboration with other teams;
  • Streamline managerial reporting processes and month-end closings, support continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Review & check vendors and their agreements to mitigate business & financial risks;
  • Support Risk management activities by identifying and assessing risky projects;
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis of financial and operational data and financial reports to senior management;
  • Support M&A activities through financial analysis, financial system integration, business & financial checks of ongoing deals;
  • Lead improvements in the managerial reporting tool and Power BI (automation, structurization, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems).

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Managerial accounting, FP&A, or Controlling;
  • Good MS Excel & Google Sheets skills;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • High level of attention to detail and a responsible attitude to work;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English language;
  • Power BI experience is an advantage.

For Ukraine, the monthly salary for this position ranges from 2450 EUR to 3200 EUR (before tax deductions) and depends on your previous experience & assessment during the recruitment process.
