Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as an Office Assistant in our Tallinn or Tartu office.

You will:

  • Support the Head of Operations in the Nordics with various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the region (Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark).
  • Organize and assist with social activities and events that foster team engagement and culture.
  • Handle HR-related tasks, including managing documentation, employment contracts, and administrative records.
  • Maintain efficient archiving and filing systems for key documents and records.
  • Oversee booking arrangements for meetings, travel, and events to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Take care of office upkeep, creating a welcoming and productive environment for all employees.
  • Oversee employee well-being, supporting initiatives that enhance the workplace experience.

Requirements:

  • A people-oriented personality with strong attention to detail and a proactive, “can and will do!” attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and familiar with or eager to learn new tools.
  • Solid understanding of employment law or willingness to quickly learn, including the basics of Finnish, Swedish, and Danish employment regulations.
  • Fluent in Estonian and English, with great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work onsite daily to support office operations and team collaboration.
