Join our team as a Payroll Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring our employees are accurately compensated across various geographies. This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a function developed entirely from scratch, where your expertise and input can shape the future of payroll excellence. 

You will:

  • Participation in execution the end-to-end payroll process for employees in multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate payments;
  • Collect and consolidate payroll data from various sources, including accountants, HR databases etc.;
  • Validate and verify payroll inputs such as hours worked, bonuses, deductions, and benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy;
  • Provide reports and analysis on payroll metrics as required by the management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in payroll processing or a related role;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously;
  • Fluent English language is mandatory;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Solid understanding of working in Excel/Google sheets (formulas, pivots);
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and personal information with discretion.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 911 EUR gross/month to 1129 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
