This position is open in the following locations: Serbia, Moldova, North Macedonia, Kosovo.

You will:

  • Coordinate and execute processes related to payroll and headcount data;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases;
  • Provide timely support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues;
  • Assist in the improvement of existing HR policies and procedures;
  • Take part in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with operational and legal requirements;
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless transition for new and departing employees;
  • Participate in other projects and processes (e.g. performance review for employees, vacation management) assigned by HR management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in HR roles;
  • Fluent English language is mandatory;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivots; knowledge of formulas such as Vlookup, Sumif, etc.);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
