You will:

  • Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with operational and legal requirements;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR databases;
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and analytics;
  • Provide timely and effective support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues;
  • Assist in conducting employee performance reviews and climate studies;
  • Assist in the improvement of existing HR processes;
  • Participate in other projects and processes assigned by HR management;
  • Assist in organizing company events (e.g. trainings, offsite activities) and merchandise distribution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in HR roles;
  • Fluent English language is mandatory;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws;
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (pivots; knowledge of formulas);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 900 EUR gross/month to 1100 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
