Join us in Lithuania as a Performance Marketing Specialist!

You will:

  • Analyze and track the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels (PPC, social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.) to ensure optimal results;
  • Analyze and optimize our clients’ social media strategies, campaigns, and posts;
  • Analyze social media performance across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and identify areas for improvement;
  • Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights, trends, and recommendations;
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize client campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Collaborate with creative teams to suggest content adjustments based on data;
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices;
  • Test strategies to enhance social media performance;
  • Manage social media and creative marketing projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish;
  • Work with well-known brands and/or have opportunities to establish less-known brands;
  • Manage budgets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, performance analysis, or related roles;
  • Understanding the specifics of marketing channels and target audience needs;
  • Ability to align the interests of multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and partners, to ensure win-win situations and successful project outcomes;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Exceptional Lithuanian and fluent English;
  • Clear mind and positive attitude;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Sprout Social, or similar;
  • Other creative talents are a plus.
