Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Project Manager for Private Sector Advisory in Finland.

You will:

  • Create valid methodologies for analysis and effectively lead teams in discussions, brainstorming sessions, share ideas and guide analysis;
  • Lead the discussions with clients and challenge them to create high quality results for their business;
  • Define project objectives, proactively manage resources and time, delegate projects tasks to the team;
  • Coach junior team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject;
  • 3-5 years of working experience, including experience managing teams and projects;
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
  • You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
  • Fluent level of Finnish language;
  • You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business.
