We are seeking a proactive and efficient Recruiter who is ready to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional recruitment support for our growing organization. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of positions across operations, advisory, and digital teams, covering over 20 locations throughout Eastern and Central Europe, the Nordics, and Central Asia.

You will:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
  • Ensure timely placement of candidates who meet the role requirements within agreed deadlines
  • Collaborate proactively with Partners, Managers, and other Civitta team members
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates via social media and participating in live events, such as university partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment;
  • Advanced level of English language;
  • Advanced level of Polish language;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ownership and responsibility of the recruitment process;
  • Ability to work simultaneously on various tasks; 
  • Ability to work from the office;
  • Experience from international environment and with advisory positions is plus.

The final monthly salary is 6500 PLN gross/month but depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews! You will be eligible for annual bonus based on KPI system.
