You will:

  • Analyze and evaluate public sector programs and policies in different sectors and areas to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support evidence-based recommendations and decision-making.
  • Design strategic plans, policy documents, and operational frameworks that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and partner organizations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and the cultivation of new client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Higher degree in Economics, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience of working in public sector / NGOs or advisory firms.
  • In-depth understanding of Ukrainian public sector governance and policy development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian, at least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
