You will:

  • Lead day-to-day project stream execution;
  • Proactively manage resources and time, creating valid methodologies for analysis;
  • Effectively lead teams in brainstorming sessions, guide analysis, and lead project proposal preparation procedure, as well as create leads for new opportunities;
  • Perform desk research, conduct interviews, data analysis and trends;
  • Create societal impact through qualitative studies, sectoral or public policy strategy, policy recommendations, analysis of stakeholders and best foreign practices, cost-benefit analysis of policy choices and public policy normative document analysis;
  • Contribute to problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
  • Participate in tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful projects in the public sector, especially with the EU.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in business management, political science, economics, or a related subject;
  • 3+ years of working experience on international projects;
  • Experience in policy analysis and framework contracts;
  • Experience in international policy research and consulting projects at EU institutions;
  • Interest in public sector development and public policy;
  • Proficiency in English and Polish languages;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • A strong drive for excellence and a commitment to delivering results that add value to the business is essential.

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 11,000 PLN gross to 13,500 PLN gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
