Our private sector funding team helps companies to develop their innovative ideas into marketable products or services and to find financing opportunities from national or EU- level funds.
As a Grant Consultant you will be working together with the project manager and the client to write successful and high impact project proposals. Your tasks include developing the project idea, doing market research, compiling business plans, setting up project plans and project budgeting.

You will:

  • Conduct market research and gather business data to assess market trends;
  • Analyze existing and proposed solutions to identify issues, risks, benefits, and business impacts;
  • Prepare and write project proposals and business plans, ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with the funding requirements and attractiveness for the investors;
  • Develop persuasive narratives that highlight the project’s impact, innovation, and alignment with funding objectives;
  • Participate in developing insights and strategic recommendations for clients based on findings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance or related field (finished Master’s would be taken as an advantage);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Open to taking on challenges and seeing them as opportunities for growth;
  • Interest in innovation and technology development;
  • Good skills in writing, well-structuring, and composing argumentative texts;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Estonian and English as your main working languages, both verbal and written;
  • Results-oriented mindset and ambition to reach for excellence.
