We are looking for an independent thinker who is comfortable in the world of
numbers and tables, able to see beyond the data, ask important questions, and
provide recommendations considering the research context. Our new colleague can write analytical texts that are substantive and logical, the graphs created are easily understandable, accurate, and aesthetically pleasing.
This position is open in Tallinn and Tartu.

You will:

  • Implement research projects in public and private sectors;
  • Process data, analyze data and ask critical questions;
  • Write clear, logical analytical texts;
  • Provide input to policy makers and decision-makers considering the research context;
  • Collaborate with experts from diverse fields;
  • Create understandable, accurate, and visually appealing graphs.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in conducting analyses;
  • Experience as an analyst in the private or public sector;
  • Systematic, analytical, proactive, and solution oriented mindset;
  • In addition to MS Excel, a good level of proficiency in at least one data processing program (SPSS, STATA, R);
  • Enthusiasm about details, but also ability to see the big picture;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English language working language is Estonian;
  • You enjoy challenging, exciting, and socially significant projects;
  • Ability to communicate freely with both your team members and clients, not afraid of public speaking, and can persuasively justify your choices;
  • Experience in project management, proficiency in qualitative methods, and communication-level proficiency in Russian are advantageous.
