Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Senior Consultant/Senior Business Analyst for Public Sector Advisory in Georgia.
We are looking for experienced professionals in two main directions: Digital Transformation of Public Sector and SMEs & Economic Development and Policy Research.

You will:

  • Conduct research and data analysis from public and private sectors;
  • Develop feasibility studies, business cases, and digital transformation strategies;
  • Analyze and optimize business processes and provide recommendations for digitalization;
  • Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, interviews, and group discussions;
  • Formulate economic policy recommendations based on research;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts on complex projects;
  • Produce high-quality, visually appealing analytical reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technologies, Economics, or Public Administration (Master’s preferred);
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation projects or economic development research;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in data processing and presentation tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Georgian is a plus;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and communicate effectively with clients and teams.
