If you have a curious mind and combine a passion for data with an interest in market research, here’s a great opportunity for you! We are looking for a Researcher/Analyst, someone who gets excited about data and has a deep curiosity to explore the ‘why’ behind every insight. You will have the opportunity to work on various types of market research, including consumer studies, business-to-business (B2B) research, customer experience (CX) studies, and more.
As a Senior Market Researcher, your role goes far beyond data-crunching. Collaborating with project owners, you’ll craft tailored research strategies and analytical approaches to address client challenges and uncover key insights. You’ll also play a vital role in guiding junior team members, sharing your knowledge, and fostering their growth. Collaborating with your team, you’ll turn data into clear, actionable reports that empower clients to make confident decisions.

You will:

  • Design and implement quantitative and/or qualitative research to understand consumers’ behaviors, uncover the ‘why’ behind their preferences, and decisions;
  • Oversee the data collection process, ensuring the quality of data;
  • Perform both standard and complex data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and insights in the dataset;
  • Narrate the story behind data and prepare comprehensive reports for clients, bringing understandable and actionable findings;
  • Work closely with clients to refine research questions, provide updates, and discuss findings;
  • Lead junior team members in task execution, fostering their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data-focused roles, preferably in market/consumer research;
  • Enthusiasm for data, uncovering insights that drive business decisions;
  • Substantial knowledge of quantitative methods (survey design, statistical analysis). Familiarity with qualitative research techniques (interviews, focus groups) would be an advantage;
  • Ability to design and implement research studies from conception to completion;
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, connecting data insights to business challenges, explaining complex data in a clear and actionable manner;
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python);
  • Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint and/or Power BI for data visualization and reporting;
  • Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Alchemer, Qualtrics);
  • Eagerness to work in a dynamic environment and on diverse projects;
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written);
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a data-driven field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 2800 to 3500 gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
