You will:

  • Conduct comprehensive UX research, including user interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and usability testing;
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to develop user personas, journey maps, and experience flow models;
  • Synthesize research findings into clear insights that inform design and development strategies;
  • Facilitate A/B testing, remote usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate UX decisions;
  • Define and optimize information architecture, wireframes, and interaction designs to enhance usability and engagement;
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure UX best practices are implemented effectively;
  • Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD;
  • Develop UX documentation, including specifications, heuristic evaluations, and usability guidelines;
  • Apply behavioral psychology principles and cognitive biases to enhance user decision-making processes;
  • Ensure consistency across touchpoints by incorporating service design methodologies;
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, adhering to WCAG and usability best practices;
  • Shape UX writing and microcopy to improve user understanding and engagement;
  • Conduct design thinking workshops to align stakeholders on UX strategies;
  • Stay up to date with emerging UX methodologies, technologies, and trends to enhance user experience strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field;
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in UX research, usability testing, and UX strategy development;
  • Strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design using industry-standard tools (Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.);
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, UserTesting, etc.);
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, usability heuristics, and human-centered design principles;
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable design recommendations;
  • Experience collaborating with developers and product managers to implement UX solutions effectively;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate research findings and design concepts clearly;
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices;
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral psychology, cognitive biases, and decision-making frameworks;
  • Experience with service design and cross-platform user journey mapping;
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
