Borebardha Shala is a Tender Lead, with more than seven years of experience in international procurement and tendering processes. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Sciences in Management and Informatics from the University of Prishtina. At Civitta, where she has worked for over four years, Borebardha leads bidding processes for major international donors and financial institutions, including the World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), European Commission (EC), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Her expertise lies in preparing Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and detailed project proposals that meet the specific guidelines and requirements of each donor. Her earlier career includes roles with Deloitte Albania and Kosovo, the Privatization Agency of Kosovo, and other consulting assignments in the public sector. This background has given her a deep understanding of donor-funded projects, procurement standards, and the practicalities of project implementation.
