Dmytro is an economist with a decade of experience in evidence-based public policy, structural reforms, regional and rural development, and private sector growth. Joining Civitta in 2018 as a Project Manager, he rapidly advanced to Associate Partner in 2020 and was elected as a Public Stream Board Member in 2021. Dmytro has led dynamic teams at Civitta in over 50 projects in private sector and market systems development as well as public policy. Having worked for clients such as USAID, The World Bank, IFC, and more, Dmytro is recognized for his impact on Ukrainian policymaking and economic strengthening. He also served as a pro-bono Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine from 2020 to 2022 and has contributed to significant governmental strategic documents.
