Povilas founded the Civitta Digital arm in 2010 under the Mediapark brand name. He oversaw it grow to 200 people scattered across 8 locations. His proudest accomplishment is assembling a team of 10+ Partners who share his passion for high quality work. Povilas continues to work with digital projects himself, focusing on UX, mobile apps and other consumer facing solutions.
