About the program

WeVenture is designed exclusively for women— creating a supportive environment where you can grow your business, refine your skills, and connect with mentors, peers, and investors who believe in the power of women-led ventures.

This tailored, hands-on program strengthens your entrepreneurial mindset, sharpens your business skills, and prepares you to pitch with confidence to investors at home and abroad.

Over 12 weeks, the program combines practical training, one-on-one advisory, mentorship, and structured market testing to accelerate growth, strengthen investor readiness, and boost fundraising efforts.

Who can apply?

WeVenture welcomes ambitious women entrepreneurs who are ready to grow and attract investment.

Eligibility criteria

Eligible applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Women-Owned: At least 51% of the company’s shares are owned by one or more women.
    OR
    Women-Led: At least 20% of ownership is held by women, and the business has: at least one woman in a key leadership role (e.g., CEO, COO, President, or Vice President), or at least 30% women representation on the board (if a board exists).
  • Legally registered business (or in the process of registration).
  • Operating in Armenia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.
  • Offering an innovative product or service that has moved beyond the idea or concept stage.*
  • Committed to active participation in training, mentorship, and investor engagement sessions.
  • Your journey matters! We’ll ask for brief follow-ups after the program to learn from your progress and celebrate your success.

*For this program, “innovative” means a product, service, or business model that is new or significantly improved in its features, performance, delivery, or approach compared to what is currently available in the market. The innovation should have progressed beyond the idea stage, showing early signs of validation-such as user feedback, pilot results, or first sales.

Tailored Tracks & Curriculum

Participants are placed into one of two learning tracks based on their current stage of investment readiness. The training blends entrepreneurial mindset, product testing, business modeling and finance, investor communication, mentorship, and networking.

Track A — Advanced Readiness

For growth-oriented businesses ready to scale and attract investors.

  • Scaling strategies & international market entry

Track B — Medium Readiness

For early-stage startups, refining their model and preparing for investment.

  • Simulated investor Q&A and pitch day
