About the merger
We are proud to announce that Civitta is joining forces with PJR Consulting (Projekt Jednako Razvoj) a leading Croatian consulting company specialised in EU funds and project delivery, supporting both public and private sector clients in planning and implementing investments across the country.
For years, Civitta and PJR have been driven by a common goal: helping organizations navigate complexity, unlock funding opportunities, and turn ambitious ideas into tangible impact. With deep expertise in EU funds, public procurement, and institutional systems, PJR has built a strong reputation for bringing clarity to the “forest” of information and enabling businesses and public institutions to grow, innovate, and deliver results.
This merger marks an important step in Civitta’s expansion in Croatia and the wider Central Europe region, strengthening our ability to support clients across the full project lifecycle, from strategy and funding, to implementation and communication. By combining Civitta’s international consulting and funding experience, with PJR’s hands-on expertise in EU funding and procurement frameworks, we create a stronger platform to empower local talent, accelerate regional development, and deliver even greater value to our clients across Europe.
