The background:

Møller Auto is a leading automotive retailer in the Baltics, representing Volkswagen and Audi as part of the Norway-based Møller Mobility Group. Operating in Lithuania since 1992, the company provides new and used vehicle sales, aftersales service, spare parts, and modern mobility solutions.

We began working with Møller Auto approximately three years ago to support internal process automation. What started as a single workflow optimization evolved into a long-term partnership focused on streamlining operations and digitizing business processes using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform – a low-code environment well-suited for scalable enterprise solutions.

The Essence of the Project:

The collaboration started with a critical administrative challenge: manually registering SDK numbers for each newly sold vehicle in Lithuania. Employees had to extract data from PDF invoices and input it into Regitra’s government system manually.

We built a fully automated software solution that: 

  • Pulls PDF documents from incoming emails.
  • Uses OCR technology to extract vehicle data.
  • Submits the data to Regitra’s API.
  • Automatically checks for the response and stores the SDK number in a central database.

This solution eliminated the need for manual entry and ensured a seamless, end-to-end process from document intake to SDK number generation.

Encouraged by this success, Møller Auto continued working with us to automate and improve a wide range of internal operations using intelligent software tools.

Key initiatives included:

  • Implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate browser-based data entry.
  • Developing a warehouse inventory management MVP using Microsoft Office 365 tools.
  • Creating a voucher tracking system to unify usage records across Baltic dealerships.
  • Building a centralized tool for demo vehicle fleet management, including logistics, insurance, metadata, and scheduling.
  • Replacing manual communication with an order change tracking system, improving accuracy and traceability.
  • Automating Intrastat reporting for Latvia using Excel and CSV file handling, enhanced with a Power Apps interface for metadata input.
