Naresta is a Vilnius-based construction company known for delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects across Lithuania. After discovering our services online, they reached out with a clear goal: to implement a user-friendly system for managing employee assignments, tracking work hours, and handling absences – all integrated with their existing Navision (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) ERP system.

We built a tailored workforce management solution using Microsoft Power Platform, focused on usability, automation, and seamless integration:
- Project-Based Time Tracking: Site managers can assign employees to specific projects, enter and approve weekly hours, and track attendance or absences with ease.
- Two-Way Data Integration: A bidirectional API connection was established with Navision, enabling smooth data exchange between systems.
- Leave Tool Support: We took over maintenance of their existing leave management tool, originally built by another provider but using the same underlying technology.
