Rahel has over 10 years of experience conducting more than 500 different public procurements across a wide range of fields, including construction, IT services, utilities, and specialized factory settings. She has consulted on concluding, fulfilling, and amending a long list of public contracts. Rahel has solved problems related to suspected violations of law in several EU-funded projects. She has written procurement procedures for public organizations and funding applications, and served as an administrative project manager.
