Sevak, a founding board member of the EV Research Center and a Partner at EV Consulting, which merged with Civitta in 2021, has been instrumental in managing a multitude of research and economic development projects for both public sector institutions and private enterprises. He’s played a pivotal role in shaping major economic policies and spearheaded cluster development initiatives. With over a decade of experience in international technical assistance projects, funded by the German and US governments and the EU, Sevak brings a wealth of experience to the table. He holds a PhD in International Economics from Yerevan State University (Armenia) and has received management training from institutions like Cambridge University (UK), Aachen University of Technology (Germany), and Mercy Corps (Cambridge, US).
