Dantų Harmonija is a family-founded dental clinic based in Vilnius, Lithuania. It offers various services, from dental implants to cosmetic needs, and even has an in-house laboratory. The company’s growth has led to a decision to redesign its website, which would be orientated to a bigger audience circle.
They approached us to fix key issues: ensuring a better user experience, making a massive library of information more accessible, and creating more intuitive paths to various services.
From the initial meeting with the client, it became clear that at the core of this project was not the clinic but the founder’s family. Their primary purpose was to help others with their dental problems and recreate their natural smiles. This “smile” element became the focus of the new design and is used in all external communication. Additionally, main banner photos featuring founders’ family members were used to illustrate different audience segments and the main slogan of the clinic: “From our family to yours”.
We developed a detailed strategic plan for the website to make our vision a reality. We made sure that everyone on the team, including the UX designer, UI designer, copywriter, developer, manager, and photographer, was on the same page and working towards the same goals.
In the web design project, our primary goal was to create an uncluttered user experience that is engaging and has clear paths to the clinic’s services, information about its doctors, and a contact form for conversions. To achieve this, we divided the purpose of the website into two main goals: first, to provide a massive library of information in a search-friendly and easy-to-browse format, and second, to showcase our client’s team’s expertise and services in a way that persuades users to convert without being too pushy.
The website had to represent our clients as they truly are – “friends” who help guide each patient through the journey of achieving a healthy smile in a gentle and supportive manner.
At first, we believed that this project’s only goal would be to develop the new website. However, the client was so impressed with the new style and concept that they incorporated it into all their communication. Consequently, our design became a distinct brand asset.
Also use natural refrigerant systems with zero greenhouse gas emissions and do other cool things that can not only improve our lives but save this planet too.
