Placing Corner in front of the competition

The background:

Reefo is a boutique real estate developer dedicated to rejuvenating old buildings. It tailors each project to highlight the building’s location and historical significance while adapting it to accommodate the needs of the modern era.

Our client recently decided to breathe a new life into the Corner Hotel and transform it into a hybrid hospitality building. This innovative twist allows you to buy an apartment and live there or rent it without any administrative yawn. While this concept is trending globally, Reefo was the pioneer in introducing it to Lithuania. In a highly competitive real estate market, our client wanted to stand out in their online communication, and we eagerly embraced this challenge.

The essence of the project:

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to significant changes in everyone’s lifestyle, particularly in our view on living and remote working spaces. Recognising the demand for hybrid hospitality buildings, Reefo has taken the initiative to lead this trend in Lithuania with Corner Hotel. The concept of hybrid hospitality is relatively new in our market, so our challenge was not only to create an outstanding online presence for Corner but also to ensure that potential buyers understood what they were getting into.

Before opening our digital kitchen, we conducted thorough research on the competition, which helped our team come up with a unique and attention-grabbing design concept. Corner’s contemporary and modern brandbook set us on the right path and allowed our creativity to flourish. The custom font, large photos, and funky colour palette gave the website the vibe of an 80s magazine.

Once the visual design was completed, we jumped into webpage development. We rooted our approach in understanding user web surfing habits and home-choosing psychology, mixing them to create a memorable cocktail of user experience. As a result, the client was delighted with the project’s outcome. And so were we.
