Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as an Accountant, where you, together with Lithuanian accounting team, will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of accounting operations for Civitta’s and legal entities with the possibility to expand your talent to service external clients.

You will:

  • Handle general ledger accounting – entering financial data, reconciling accounts, and performing month-end and year-end closing procedures;
  • Fulfill tax obligations – preparing and submitting tax declarations (PIT, SODRA, VAT, etc.), calculating and monitoring tax compliance;
  • Prepare financial statements – including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow reports, and other financial documentation and analysis;
  • Manage payroll accounting – calculating salaries, taxes, and other employee-related payments;
  • Collaborate with auditors and public authorities – preparing required audit documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations;
  • Administer social subsidies – preparing documentation, submitting applications, and liaising with public institutions for subsidy accounting and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting;
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Tax Accounting reporting in Lithuania;
  • Advanced level of English and Lithuanian language;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Experience in working with accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 1800 EUR gross/month to 2200 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
