You will:

    • Employee Relations: Supporting employees and managers on HR-related matters, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, and workplace relations;
    • Staffing: Supporting workforce planning and cross-team staffing coordination, facilitating collaboration across streams and resolving staffing-related challenges;
    • Performance Management: Supporting and coordinating the performance review cycle and related people processes;
    • Learning & Development: Identifying training and certification needs, coordinating development initiatives, and supporting employee growth;
    • HR Budget & Analytics: Supporting HR budget planning, workforce allocation, and HR metrics analysis;
    • Leadership Support: Preparing HR insights, reports, and presentations for leadership and internal stakeholders;
    • Additional HR Initiatives: Supporting compensation and benefits discussions, employee engagement activities, and sensitive employee matters, including terminations.

Requirements:

    • At leats 2 years of experience in an HRBP or senior HR role;
    • Strong experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals;
    • Experience partnering with senior management and supporting leadership teams;
    • Solid knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and compensation;
    • Experience with HR analytics, salary structures, and HR systems;
    • Ability to coach and influence stakeholders without direct authority;
    • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills;
    • Excellent communication skills, with high integrity and professionalism;
    • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from 1,100,000 to 1,400,000 AMD gross/month and final salary depends on your previous experience & assessment during interviews.
