In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities, and managing projects to create a long-lasting societal impact through the work with public sector clients.

You will:

    • Develop client relationships and grow accounts in the Lithuanian market;
    • Contribute to selected international business-development efforts;
    • Identify and convert strategic opportunities into a strong pipeline of public-sector consulting work;
    • Lead the development of well-positioned, technically strong and commercially competitive proposals and tenders;
    • Oversee project delivery at a senior level, ensuring analytical rigour, strong execution and meaningful outcomes for clients;
    • Build and lead a collaborative, high-performing team by coaching colleagues, developing capabilities and promoting a strong performance culture.

Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, policy or economic-analysis roles;
    • A master’s degree is preferred in public policy, economics, public finance, infrastructure or a related discipline;
    • Proven track record of leading complex client engagements from proposal through to delivery;
    • Recognised expertise in at least one core area: public policy, policy evaluation, economic analysis, public finance or infrastructure advisory;
    • Strong leadership and team-development skills, including coaching junior colleagues and leading multidisciplinary teams;
    • Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the credibility to engage senior public-sector decision-makers;
    • Professional fluency in written and spoken Lithuanian and English.

Our salary range starts at 5400 EUR gross/month and depends on candidate’s experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
