Our client, eu-LISA, is the European Union Agency responsible for operating large-scale IT systems that help keep Europe safe and support cooperation in areas like security, migration, and justice. Civitta provides temporary workers to eu-LISA.

Communication Officer

As a Communication Officer, you will support the Communication Sector within a specific unit. You will work closely with eu-LISA staff and management, contributing to internal and external communication activities, content creation, and visibility initiatives.

You will

    • Support and advise on annual/multiannual communication action plans, channels, and platforms.
    • Guide Drupal and SharePoint content design, site migrations, and social media trend integration.
    • Advise on producing publications, digital newsletters, videos, infographics, visual assets, and corporate document templates.
    • Assist with event coverage, advising on latest trends in photo/video recording, post-editing, and workshop prep.
    • Recommend metrics and methodologies to measure and grow online presence across web, intranet, and social channels.
    • Support institutional network activities, media inquiry responses, and official documentation (reports, notes, minutes).

Requirements

    • Education corresponding to a completed university degree attested by a diploma awarded by EU member countries or equivalence validated in EU.
    • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in communication, media, or related fields.
    • Experience in content design, including multimedia and digital communication tools.
    • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).

Benefits

    WE OFFER an opportunity to work in a prestigious EU Agency within a multicultural environment, with a gross hourly salary of EUR 29.89. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
