Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and driving impactful change? We are seeking a Junior Consultant in Bosnia to join our advisory team, where you will have the opportunity to work across diverse sectors and practices.

You will:

    • Support the drafting of proposals, development of methodologies, and execution of research to deliver high-impact solutions for clients across various domains, including strategy development, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and market research;

    • Contribute to proposal preparation and analytical work for projects with public institutions, NGOs, and international organizations, focusing on policy initiatives and e-services that enhance community welfare;

    • Assist in designing methodologies and conducting research to support governments, universities, and corporations in building ecosystems that foster entrepreneurship, research commercialization, and sustainable growth for start-ups and SMEs;

    • Perform structured research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform recommendations and identify best practices that drive social and economic development.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree and ongoing Master’s degree studies in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations;

    • Fluency in English and Bosnian, with the ability to prepare clear written materials (e.g., reports, proposals, presentations);

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure research and support data-driven methodologies;

    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize findings and contribute to client-facing materials;

    • A detail-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality outputs;

    • Ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
