You will:

    Management:

    • Team: Lead the IT Support team and ensure SLA targets;
    • Budget: Manage the annual IT budget and lead negotiations with hardware/software vendors;
    • Policy Design: Establish and enforce corporate IT policies and environment standards.

    Technical Operations:

    • Infrastructure: Plan and improve IT infrastructure and service delivery;
    • Helpdesk Excellence: Ensure all employees receive fast, effective IT support via the Jira helpdesk;
    • Migrations: Lead cross-platform data migrations (e.g., Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace);
    • Efficiency: Implement AI and automation tools to streamline manual workflows.

    Security & Compliance

    • Access Control: Manage all employee SaaS subscriptions and access permissions;
    • Device Management: Manage MDM solutions and maintain a full hardware/software inventory;
    • Audit & Risk: Conduct data audits and internal investigations to ensure corporate compliance (e.g. ISO 27001).

Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in a Head of IT support / IT Operations Lead (or similar) role;
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments;
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud services;
    • Experience with budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor management;
    • Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives;
    • Team management experience;
    • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach;
    • Experience in automating business processes;
    • Advanced English language and Ukrainian language.

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 2,200 EUR to 3,000 EUR (before tax deductions) and depends on your previous experience & assessment during the recruitment process.
