Hello!

Join Civitta – an international company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries. We focus on management consulting, funding, and digital solutions. Originating from Central and Eastern Europe, we also deliver projects across Central Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
Contribute to Ukraine’s transformation by supporting EU integration, reforms, and regional development projects. We work with international donors and public institutions on high-impact initiatives. You’ll combine analytical work with hands-on project support in a dynamic environment.
Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Junior Consultant | Ukraine Public.

You will:

    • Research anything, anywhere. Given a question, dig through every source you can reach and find the answer — even when it’s buried, scattered, or hard to get to.
    • Consolidate it into a clean format. Turn what you find into something usable: a structured dataset, a mini-report, or a clear summary — uniform, organised, and easy to work with.
    • Verify accuracy. Once reports are assembled, check the precision of every fact and figure. This is where attention to detail matters most: a single unchecked number can undermine the whole piece.
    • Build presentation materials. Turn validated findings into basic visualisations and presentation materials (typically in PowerPoint) that communicate clearly.

Requirements:

    • An economics background. Much of our work is economic in nature, so you need a genuine grounding in economics — you understand what the economy is, what business is, and how it all works. This isn’t a fit for a purely humanities profile with no economic background.
    • Strong critical thinking. You can sanity-check the facts you find and catch the ones that simply don’t make sense.
    • Self-direction. You’re able to find your own way to a solution when problems come up, rather than waiting to be unblocked at every turn.
    • Proactivity. You take initiative, communicate ahead of time, and don’t sit and wait for someone to come ask you where things stand.
    • Clear communication. You can explain what you found, where, and why it’s reliable — and you take in feedback and act on it.
    • Working knowledge of data. Comfort with Excel and basic data handling is necessary for this role.
    • Nice to have: understanding of how regions and communities in Ukraine work, and more advanced data analysis skills.

Benefits:

    • Professional Growth – We support rapid career development, offering performance and salary reviews twice a year to ensure your progress is recognized and rewarded;
    • Flexible Working Hours – Manage your workday with flexibility and the option to work from home twice a week, while enjoying our city-centre office as a convenient, collaborative workspace;
    • Culture & Connection – From team bonding activities like Christmas parties and summer events to spontaneous celebrations, monthly breakfasts, or team lunches, we celebrate wins—big or small—together;
    • Gifts Programme – Welcome boxes, birthday surprises, and holiday cheer ensure your special moments are always recognized;
    • Continuous Learning – From expert-led trainings to personal development budgets, your growth is our priority.
