You will:

    • Managing project teams of motivated and high-performing professionals across geographies, setting the approach, coaching the team, and ensuring high-quality, client-ready delivery and effective budget management;
    • Working with our clients in attracting public funding to support their innovation potential;
    • Understanding funding conditions and ensuring compliance throughout the project, while making strong recommendations to improve project quality and guiding clients towards optimal solutions;
    • Developing and managing projects and proposals for EE and EU-funded programs (EIC accelerator, Innovation Fund, LIFE, CEF, etc);
    • Takes ultimate ownership of full project content, consistently ensures high-quality delivery;
    • Supporting and guiding junior colleagues to grow and develop in proposal writing.

Requirements:

    • Experience with proposals writing in English language;
    • Experience with European financial instruments (e.g., EIC accelerator, Innovation Fund, LIFE, CEF, etc);
    • Degree or +4 years of relevant experience in a field such as business, sustainability, or engineering;
    • Fluency in English and Estonian language;
    • Leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team;
    • Ability to work in the office in Tallinn or Tartu 3 days/week.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 3400 EUR gross/month to 4000 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
