Our Headquarters team supports Civitta’s daily operations across countries within HR, recruitment, marketing, finance, administration, legal, and other internal functions. You will:

  • Participate in the organisation, supervision and optimisation of administrative and office processes;
  • Implement department objectives;
  • Actively support office budget monitoring and planning;
  • Continuously analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities;
  • Cooperate closely with other teams, departments and management;
  • Assist in maintaining records and in the organisation and preparation of documentation for payroll calculations, travel expense reports, and incoming and outgoing invoices;
  • Provide support in communication with external accounting service providers and other relevant institutions;
  • Assist in organizing day-to-day functioning of the office;
  • Organize client hospitality and participate in managing office access;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements:

  • College or University degree (can be a fresh graduate or last year student available to work full-time);
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English language;
  • Fluent level of Croatian language;
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
  • Reliability, diligence, and attention to details;
  • Pro-active approach to problem solution, „can do“ attitude;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Ability to work from our office in Zagreb every day.

The monthly salary for this position is 1500 EUR gross/month. The salary includes meal allowance and transport compensation.
