Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as an Operations Assistant in Armenia (fixed-term contract from 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027).

You will:

    • Provide a welcoming atmosphere for our staff, vendors, and clients;
    • Manage/schedule business trips/order tickets;
    • Maintain office supplies;
    • Assist with general administration, such as ensuring correct and timely signing and
    • archiving of documents; dispatching of clients and vendors documents; uploading the
    • employees documents to Timebase;
    • Help maintain our employee “computer park” by tracking hardware inventory and
    • ensuring equipment is ready for use;
    • Manage invoices and payments;
    • Manage the welcome, birthday packs;
    • Manage all the payments;
    • Organize and manage events;
    • Ensure uniform operating conditions according to company rules and policies for offices in the region.

Requirements:

    • University degree (can be a fresh graduate or last year student available to work full-time);
    • Highly proficient in spoken and written English language;
    • Fluent level of Armenian language;
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
    • Reliability, diligence, and attention to details;
    • Pro-active approach to problem solution, „can do“ attitude;
    • Great communication skills;
    • Ability to work from our office in Yerevan every day.

The salary range for this position is between 450 000 – 500 000 AMD gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews.
