Act as a Go-to person for our employees in Uzbekistan in various admin/financial/HR matters;
Be responsible for operational costs related to local operations (general office management, HR (HR activities and projects, employee engagement events, benefits, etc.);
Coordinate banking, finance which include but is not limited to: bank payments preparation and approval, customer invoicing, coordination with local external accounting.
Be responsible for signing contracts with clients, employees, external individual experts and organizations or vendors (together with central legal);
Maintain the IT PARK Residentship status;
Ensure efficient HR document flow in the company;
Coordinate/assist to central operations/finance departments on such topics as (recruitment, IT support, payroll, finance management);
Manage benefits and organise local events;
Office management including supplies and suppliers management, correspondence, general office procedures – we are a small team, and no task is too small or too big.
