You will:

    • Office Management: Act as the welcoming person of our office for staff, vendors, and clients. Maintain the organization, neatness, and stock (supplies, snacks, etc.) for our offices space.
    • HR Support: Assist the HR team with practical daily matters, including drafting contracts, preparing onboarding work supplies, setting up accounts, and administering employee perks.
    • Travel Management: Assist on travels, including booking flights, hotels, and managing itineraries
    • Event Planning: Help foster our company culture by organizing local and international social activities and team-building events.
    • Documentation & Admin: Manage general administrative paperwork, ensure the timely signing of documents, manage info email and operational invoices
    • IT Asset Coordination: Help maintain our employee “computer park” by tracking hardware inventory and ensuring equipment is ready for use.

Requirements:

    • Language Skills: High proficiency in both spoken and written Polish and English;
    • Education: A College or University degree. We are happy to welcome fresh graduates or last-year students, provided you are available to work full-time;
    • Work Style: Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills with a proven ability to prioritize your workload effectively under pressure;
    • Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a strong “can-do” attitude, high reliability, diligence, and sharp attention to detail;
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people and build positive relationships;
    • Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative, front-desk, or customer-facing role is a plus, but not mandatory;
    • Availability: Availability to work part time (minimum 50%) or full time.

The monthly salary for this position is up to PLN 7,000 gross per month under an employment contract (other forms of cooperation can also be considered).
