You will:

    • Provide a welcoming atmosphere for our staff, vendors, and clients;
    • Maintain files and office supplies;
    • Manage/schedule business trips/order tickets;
    • Assist on HR matters, such as contracts drafting, work supply preparation, accounts, perks for employees administration;
    • Assist with accounting for companies (basic management of invoices/expenditures);
    • Assist with general administrative documentation, such as archiving, ensuring correct and timely signing of documents;
    • Organize social activities locally and internationally;
    • Ensure uniform operating conditions according to company rules and policies for
      offices in the region.

Requirements:

    • Highly proficient in spoken and written Romanian and English;
    • College or University degree (can be a fresh graduate or last year student available to work full-time);
    • 1 year of experience in position at administration;
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
    • Great communication skills;
    • Reliability, diligence, and attention to details;
    • The ability to manage pressure;
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and workload;
    • Pro-active approach to problem solution, „can do“ attitude.

The salary for this position is up to 8300 Romanian Leu before all the taxes and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews.
