Our Headquarters team supports Civitta’s daily operations across countries within HR, recruitment, marketing, finance, administration, legal, and other internal functions. Join our Civitta team in North Macedonia as a Payroll Specialist.

You will:

    • Support the end-to-end payroll process for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely payments;
    • Collect and consolidate payroll data from various sources, including accountants and HR databases;
    • Review and verify payroll inputs, such as hours worked, bonuses, deductions, and benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
    • Respond to employees’ payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally;
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
    • Prepare payroll reports and analyses as requested by management.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
    • At least one year of experience in payroll processing or a related role;
    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables;
    • Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously;
    • Ability to handle confidential financial and personal information with discretion;
    • Fluency in English is required.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 1,200 to EUR 1,400 CTC, depending on your previous experience and performance during the interview process.
