You will:

    • Conduct procurements both for the public sector and private sector beneficiaries of
      EU funding;
    • Prepare procurement documents, incl contracts;
    • Consult tenderers in procurements;
    • Provide advice on public contract performance;
    • Conduct legal analysis;
    • Main fields of law: procurement law, contract law, construction law, intellectual property law.

Requirements:

    • MA in law or related field;
    • Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills;
    • You feel comfortable with Estonian and English as your main working languages, both verbal and written;
    • Some knowledge of public procurement law and interest to become a professional in that area. Experience in using the Estonian E-Procurement System would be an advantage;
    • Willingness to work with clients from both the public and private sectors and interest in implementing projects from various sectors;
    • Ability to explain legal requirements to different parties/clients, both orally and in writing, in understandable language;
    • Knowing how to manage your time, set priorities, and be solution-oriented.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 2800 EUR gross/month to 3500 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
