Are you passionate about leading complex projects and driving transformative change? We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team, where you will leverage your expertise to oversee impactful projects across diverse sectors, including private, public, and innovation.
This position is open across all Civitta locations: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Uzbekistan.

You will:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-impact solutions for clients in various domains, including strategy development, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and market research;
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, scope project objectives, and ensure alignment with strategic goals;
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including public institutions, NGOs, and international organizations, to enhance project outcomes and initiate community-focused initiatives;
  • Guide teams in developing innovative solutions that promote entrepreneurship, research commercialization, and sustainable growth for startups and SMEs;
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses and utilize your expertise to recommend best practices, benchmark progress, and promote social and economic development;
  • Mentor and support junior project staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree and minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in an advisory or consulting setting;
  • Fluent level of English language as well as fluent level of local language;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making;
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively, leading diverse teams and working with clients from various sectors;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and drive collaboration;
  • A results-oriented mindset dedicated to delivering tangible outcomes for clients and the communities they serve;
  • Ability to work from office at least 3 times/week.
