Join us as a Project Manager | Digital and Data in Lithuania.

You will:

    • Apply your knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to map out and analyze current processes
    • Identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations that align with digital transformation goals
    • Have a clear understanding of how system architectures impact business processes and transformations
    • Play a pivotal role in developing compelling business cases , this involves detailed analysis, forecasting, and presenting financial and strategic benefits to stakeholders
    • Research market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and propose strategies that leverage digital technologies to achieve business goals
    • Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of digital transformations and addressing any concerns or objections

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
    • 2-3 years of proven experience in digital transformation, process mapping, and business strategy
    • Expertise in identifying, mapping and optimizing processes (familiarity with BPMN is a must)
    • Ability to understand system architectures and their impact on business operations
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
    • Advanced knowledge of English and Lithuanian language (oral and written)
    • Strong skills in developing business cases and strategic planning

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 3100 to 3750 gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
