We are looking for an efficient recruiter who is ready to go the extra mile and provide excellent recruitment support for our company. You will have a chance to work on various positions in operations, advisory and digital as well as to cover positions across 20+ locations in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Our new recruiter should be able to adapt to the fast-changing international environment, build relationships with various stakeholders and provide high-level candidate experience.
We are looking for a colleague who is based in Kyiv and would be able to work from our office (Pecherskyi district) at least 3 days/week.

You will:

  • Manage the full recruitment process for assigned positions: from role advertisement, screening and conducting  interviews to the job offer stage;
  • Maintain administration regarding recruitment process;
  • Ensure the filling of positions with candidates who match the requirements in pre-agreed deadlines;
  • Participate in pro-active cooperation with Partners, Project Managers and other CIVITTA colleagues;
  • Build the network to ensure pipeline upon demand, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and participating in live events (e.g. partnerships with universities);
  • Coordinate orientation and onboarding of newcomers in the Kyiv office.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment;
  • Ukrainian and English language proficiency is mandatory;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ownership and responsibility of the recruitment process;
  • Ability to work simultaneously on various tasks; 
  • Ability to work from the office in Kyiv;
  • Experience with the soft onboarding process is welcomed.
