Our client, eu-LISA, is the European Union Agency responsible for operating large-scale IT systems that help keep Europe safe and support cooperation in areas like security, migration, and justice. Civitta provides temporary workers to eu-LISA.

We are looking for

Security Policy and Coordination Assistant in the Security Policy and Coordination Sector

The position is based in Tallinn, Estonia. It is primarily an on-site role with the possibility of hybrid working, in line with eu-LISA’s policies.

About the Job

The Security Policy and Coordination Sector (SPCS) develops and coordinates eu-LISA’s security governance framework, ensuring compliance with the EU regulatory framework, international standards and industry best practices. The Sector works closely with internal and external stakeholders, supports security and business continuity networks, and contributes to the Security and Continuity Strategy through policy development, audit support, compliance reporting and annual planning.

You will

    • Coordinate and develop security governance documents.
    • Map Operating Procedures in the areas of Security Policy and Coordination.
    • Draft documentation for security outreach activities and stakeholder management
    • Support in providing training for eu-LISA personnel.
    • Organise security related events with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

    • Post-secondary education attested by a diploma, advantage: a university degree
    • At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience in the field.
    • Great command of written and spoken English (minimum C1).
    • Experience in security governance, risk and compliance, including contract/budget management and project coordination.
    • Strong stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication and consensus-building skills in an international environment.
