Our Headquarters team supports Civitta’s daily operations across countries within HR, recruitment, marketing, finance, administration, legal, and other internal functions. If you enjoy structure, solving problems, and if you challenge “it’s not possible” as a final answer, this could be a great fit.
Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as an Travel Management Specialist in North Macedonia.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and resourceful Travel Management Specialist to help manage our travel and event logistics. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our team’s travel needs – making sure everyone gets to where they need to go smoothly, safely, and within budget. Beyond booking trips, you’ll help bring our team together by planning local and international events, while also lending a hand with light daily office administrative tasks.

You will:

    • Centralize and handle all company travel purchases, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring strict alignment with internal travel policies;
    • Proactively research and propose the most efficient, comfortable, and cost-effective travel routes and options;
    • Collaborate on organizing local and international company events – managing venue infrastructure, group travel logistics, and guest accommodation;
    • Act as the main point of contact for employees before and during trips, assisting with travel updates, itineraries, and troubleshooting when delays occur;
    • Provide light, secondary support for daily office administrative tasks to help keep our local operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

    • A strong “can-do” attitude, high curiosity, and a genuine interest in logistics, event planning, or administrative support;
    • The ability to research options independently, spot cost-effective solutions, and solve mini-puzzles with enthusiasm;
    • Exceptional ability to stay organized when handling multiple requests, dates, and bookings at once;
    • Warm, helpful, and clear communication – you love making life easier for your colleagues;
    • High proficiency in spoken and written English;
    • Formal travel management experience is a plus, not a requirement! If you are organized, computer-savvy, and eager to learn, we can teach you the rest.

Benefits:

    • Professional Growth – We support your career development, offering performance and salary reviews once a year to ensure your progress is recognized and rewarded;
    • Culture & Connection – From team bonding activities like Christmas parties and summer events to spontaneous celebrations, monthly breakfasts, or team lunches, we celebrate wins—big or small—together;
    • Gifts Programme – Welcome boxes, birthday surprises, and holiday cheer ensure your special moments are always recognized.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 1000 EUR gross/month to 1300 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews.
