Go to application

Hello!

We are looking for a Visitor Experience Facilitator (part-time)

The Europa Experience – Experience Europe Centre is a joint project of the European Parliament and the European Commission. Through interactive, free multimedia centres located in several cities across the European Union, it brings the work of EU institutions closer to citizens. The centre introduces visitors to European history, institutions and decision-making processes in an interactive and educational way.

To strengthen our young and energetic team, we are looking for a part time visitor experience facilitator who will help us to provide every visitor with an engaging, informative and enjoyable experience. If you are interested in European topics, enjoy working with people and feel comfortable communicating with diverse audiences – you might be the person we are looking for.

You will:

    • Welcome visitors and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
    • Guide visitors through the exhibition space and help them use interactive installations
    • Explain exhibition content and topics related to the European Union, its institutions and policies
    • Respond to telephone and email enquiries and assist with visit organisation
    • Occasionally support promotional activities, including distributing informational materials and inviting visitors into the exhibition space
    • Perform various support tasks needed for the dynamic daily operation of the centre

Requirements:

    • You have a good understanding of European Union topics and are eager to share your knowledge with others.
    • You have university-level diploma or ongoing university-level studies.
    • A perfect command of Greek and English is essential; knowledge of any other EU languages is advantageous.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a good sense of humor and a passion for working with people.
    • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and operational requirements.

Benefits:

If you’re excited about being part of an innovative venue that’s all about education, engagement, and bringing Europe to life, then we want to hear from you!

WE OFFER a part-time role starting in May 2026 (approximately 2 days a week), with a schedule Mon-Fri 8:45-17:15, Sat and Sun 09:45-17:15. This position is well suited for students who would like to work part-time!
