    • Managing telephone and email inquiries, coordinating event registrations, and maintaining an organised schedule.
    • Supporting the organisation of special events, ensuring they run smoothly.
    • Champion the visitor experience by actively gathering feedback and ideas, driving continuous enhancements to make visits more enjoyable.
    • Design, develop, and conduct educational workshops, tours, and public entertainment.
    • Guide visitors on modern history, European integration, and EU-related topics.

Requirements:

    • You have a good understanding of European Union topics and are eager to share your knowledge with others.
    • You have university-level diploma or ongoing university-level studies.
    • A perfect command of Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of any other EU languages is advantageous.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a good sense of humor and a passion for working with people.
    • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and operational requirements.

Benefits:

    • If you’re excited about being part of an innovative venue that’s all about education, engagement, and bringing Europe to life, then we want to hear from you!
    • WE OFFER a part-time position (2-3 days per week) starting on April 29, 2026, with a schedule Mon-Fri 9:30-17:30, Sat 10-17, a modern work environment in The Hague and friendly colleagues.
