Our journey in the region began in 2019 in Saudi Arabia. Over the past five years, we have steadily expanded our presence across both the private and public sectors, serving clients in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Oman and delivering innovative digital, data, and AI solutions. By leveraging Civitta’s deep expertise in these areas, we have supported prominent organizations in telecommunications, tourism, private equity, retail, education, and government services, driving transformative results and fostering growth.

At the helm of this expansion is Ruta Mecejiene, a leader with deep ties to Civitta’s roots and a strong belief in the potential of the Middle Eastern market. When Ruta first joined Civitta in Lithuania, she quickly became known for her drive, dedication and remarkable results. In recent years, she has carved her own path, founding a successful consulting boutique and leading a team focused on data-driven projects.

For the past two years, her life has been connected to the Middle East, where she has seen firsthand the incredible opportunities in the region that is frequently found at the forefront of technological innovation in business. Now, she’s bringing her knowledge and expertise back to Civitta, determined to create something special in the Middle East.
