FreshMailWe have worked with FreshMail over several years, supporting the company through both the EU funding application process and the implementation of the co-financed project. FreshMail is a leader in the Polish email marketing and transactional email market — responsible for nearly 40% of all newsletter emails sent in Poland
Obtaining funding under POIR
The company’s goal is to ensure high effectiveness of the campaigns it handles, as well as security in sending marketing emails. Therefore, leveraging support under the Operational Programme Smart Growth 2014-2020, the company implemented a project called SendGuard – an innovative tool based on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technology, designed to enhance recipient security and combat the problem of spam and phishing in marketing and transactional email messages. The total funding received exceeded PLN 6.5 million, and our team of experts supported the company throughout the entire grant acquisition process.
As part of the co-financed project, a product innovation was developed in the form of a significantly enhanced service built around the innovative SendGuard tool for analyzing a wide spectrum of message elements, such as recipient lists, attachments, content, and embedded graphics, images, and links. The multi-stage, rapid analysis enables the system to decide whether a given message is safe to send, or whether it should be held or cancelled. Additional benefits of the developed service include increased recipient satisfaction through content tailored to their behavioral profile, as well as a significant improvement in the company’s IP reputation with mailbox providers.
Support during the sustainability period
We congratulate FreshMail on the successful completion of the project and thank them for the trust they have placed in us. However, this is not the end of our cooperation – throughout the project, we oversaw its proper implementation, ensuring the correct settlement of the awarded funding, and in the coming years we will continue to support the company during the sustainability period under the watchful eye of our experts.
The successfully completed project supported by our team is also a good opportunity to emphasize that the implementation of projects co-financed with EU funds allows companies to effectively introduce innovative solutions and services into their own operations.
